P90X - Ziua 3

Ieri a fost ziua 3 P90X ,adica Shoulders & Arms (Umeri si Brate), ar fi trebuit sa fac si AbRipperX (pt abdomen) dar am febra musculara si nu pot.Dar incerc maine sa fac.

Am vazut ca este un concurs nou, Slabute la Toamna, ma mai interesez si pooooate particip si eu.
